When booking an appointment (via TidyCal)
When you book a slot through the booking tool integrated into the site, the following information is collected: first name, last name, email address, and possibly a phone number. This data is processed by TidyCal, a third-party appointment management service.
Browsing the site
This site is hosted and published via Infomaniak. Infomaniak may collect basic traffic statistics (page views, general traffic sources) for audience measurement purposes. No personally identifiable data is used for advertising purposes by this site.
If you contact us
If you send me a message (by email or via a contact form), the information you provide (name, email, message content) is used solely to respond to you.
Why this data is collected:
This data is used exclusively to:
• Organize and confirm your coaching appointments
• Respond to your contact requests
• Ensure the proper functioning of the site
No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to manage our professional relationship, and for a maximum of 3 years after our last contact, unless otherwise required by law (accounting obligations, for example).
